You and your best friend are welcome at this English farm-style brewery located near Placerville in the Sierra Foothills between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. Adjacent to the brewery is a picnic area where you can enjoy a variety of hand-crafted beers. They also have homemade root beer. The founding mascot, a Jack Russell Terrier named Boomer, is on the beer label. The brewery is open on the weekends and during the summer they sometimes have live entertainment outside and English-style meat pies. Dogs are welcome outside including the picnic areas.
