The Carriage House, a country style bed & breakfast, was built in the early 1920's and is a designated landmark. They are located one mile south of downtown Laguna Beach in a quiet neighborhood. Well-mannered, flea protected, friendly dogs over 18 months old are allowed at an extra charge of $10 per pet per night. Please cover the beds with your own blanket, or ask for a sheet, if your dog sleeps on the bed. Towels are provided upon request for your pet. Never leave your pet unattended, unless they are "crated" and you'll need to leave a cell phone or number where you can be reached. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by pets. There is also a resident dog & cat on the property. Dogs must always be leashed in Laguna, even on the beach. There is a dog park for off-leash exercise in Laguna Canyon (closed on Wednesday's year round). During the summer, dogs are allowed on the beach from June 1-September 16 before 8 a.m. and after 6 p.m. only.
