While dogs are not allowed in any buildings or on the nature trails, they are allowed on the adjacent Mt. Wanda fire road trail. Hike up to the top and back with your pooch. Pets must be leashed and rangers actively patrol the area and will issue citations to anyone who has their dog off leash. To get to the trail, park at the historic site or at the Park and Ride lot on Franklin Canyon and Alhambra. Please clean up after your pet.
