Over 160 species of birds, an abundance of wildlife, one of the largest contiguous, remaining old growth riparian systems in the state, a variety of recreational pursuits, and educational opportunities can all be found at this 19,400+ acre site. Leashed dogs are allowed in the park; they must not harass wildlife in any way.
