This museum encompasses several buildings in Arthurdale, now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and they still have 160 of the original 165 homes from America's first New Deal Homestead in the 1930's. They are also host to a number of special events. Although dogs are not allowed inside any of the buildings, they are allowed throughout the town. Dogs must be leashed and under their owner's control at all times.
