You will pretty much need your own boat to access this park and beach as the boat cruise tours do not allow pets. If you do have a boat and can reach the islands, dogs are allowed on the trails, in the backcountry campgrounds and on the beaches but must be on a 6 foot or less leash at all times. People need to clean up after their pets.
