This historic, award winning shopping area was revitalized by a collaboration of the community, businesses, and government working together, and there are now over 100 shops at this popular 4 block long pedestrian mall with several special events happening here throughout the year. Dogs are allowed on leash. They must be under their owner's control and cleaned up after at all times. It is up to individual stores whether dogs are allowed inside.
