Famous for being the oldest continually operating public transport in America, this ferry system can be boarded at #1 High Street or at the Parkway address, and it connects pedestrians from Olde Towne Portsmouth to Norfolk's Waterside Festival Marketplace. Dogs are allowed on board for no additional fee. Dogs must be well behaved, under their owner's control, and leashed at all times.
