This park is listed as one of Ohio's 80 Watchable Wildlife sites and is popular with bird-watchers. Pets are allowed at the park but not on the trails except for the designated 1.2 mile Pet Trail called the Goldenrod Trail. Pets must be on leash, under control and cleaned up after. To get there from I-270, take the State Route 161/New Albany exit east to the Little Turtle exit and turn right. Go to Old S.R. 161/Cherry Bottom Rd. and turn right. The park entrance is 1/2 mile on the left.
