Based on a model from the National Trust for Historic Preservation and backed by the downtown's non-profit organization, has helped to enhance and preserve this historically and architecturally significant village which now provides an eclectic array of shops and year round activities. Dogs are allowed in this historic area; it is up to individual shops whether a dog is allowed inside. Dogs must be well mannered, under their owner's control, leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.
