The Finger Lakes SPCA of CNY is a no-kill humane shelter that takes in cats and dogs. We are a 501(c)(3) organization that relies on our community support and we do not receive city, county, or national funding. Our hours of operation are Mon., Tue., Fri. from 12-5pm and Sat. and Sun. from 12-4pm. We are closed Wed. and Thu. Please see our website at www.flspca.org for our list of available animals and other important information.
