There are more than 15,000 scenic acres at this park that offers numerous trails (including a piece of the Appalachian Trail), panoramic views of 3 states from its high point, a spring-fed lake, year round interpretive and educational programs, and much more. Dogs of all sizes are allowed at this park for no additional fee. Dogs must be well behaved, leashed, cleaned up after, and owners are responsible for them at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended at any time. Dogs are not allowed in the campground area.
