The state's oldest state park, it is a popular scenic driving/hiking area with great places for picnicking, and an operational fire tower at the top of the mountain offers outstanding views. Dogs of all sizes are allowed at this park for no additional fee. Dogs must be well behaved, leashed, cleaned up after, and owners are responsible for them at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended at any time.
