Located at the Valley City State University, this began as a student project and soon extended to become a community enterprise. The wheel is 213 feet around and represents the lunar cycle and the 4 seasons. Ancient burial mounds, scenic overlooks, a 3000 foot perennial flower garden, nature trails, and a solar system model are some of the other features at this 30 acre site. Leashed dogs are allowed onsite.
