Home to the 1st documented find of gold in America, this reconstructed 1890's stamp mill and refurbished gold mine offer visitors on-hands experience and a glimpse into the history and progression of their gold mining history. Leashed dogs are allowed on the grounds; they are not allowed in any buildings or in the mine.
