Displays inside the visitor center and on the grounds, monuments, self-guided trails with signage, living history 18th century colonial and 19th century Civil War events, and more tell of the rich colonial and military history of this historic area. Dogs are allowed throughout the park and on the trails; they are not allowed in buildings. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.
