This unfenced, off-leash area is located in the north end of the park and is bounded on most sides by the river. The park is located south of the University of Manitoba on the north side of the Perimeter Hwy (100) south of the city. Dogs must be cleaned up after and dogs must be under voice control. Dogs must be licensed as well. Other rules are posted at each of the off-leash sites in Winnipeg.
