Rich in history and spectacular scenery, this 500-acre park, with a 150 acre lake and 2 archaeological sites, offers an array of recreational pursuits. Pets must be restrained by a camper, cage, hand-held leash, or tethered chain no longer than 10 feet at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended outside. They are not allowed on swimming beaches, or in swimming areas that are delineated by buoys or other markers, or in public buildings or structures. Dogs are allowed on the trails. This campground is closed during the off-season. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground. There are no water hookups at the campground.
