Detailing the historical significance of the early American pioneer, these 2 indoor museums have a back site where there is plenty more to see. Buildings from all over the country have been moved here depicting life on the early plains, and it is also home to the famous 1901 Parker carousel. Although dogs are not allowed in the building (unless hand carried), owner's can pay the admission and then take the pooch on to the back to explore the grounds or even ride the carousel. Dogs must be well mannered, leashed, and under their owner's control at all times.
