Rich in military and cultural history, this site details the history of the 2 frontier forts here and of the 21 year tenure of Judge Isaac C Parker, known as the "Hanging Judge". The site offers a commemorative Trail of Tears overlook and river walk. Dogs are allowed throughout these beautifully landscaped grounds; they must be leashed and picked up after.
