Comments:Pets and people on parade for free starting at Town Hall and ending at Pet Pantry Warehouse where there will be a costume contest -- Grand Prize plus four other prizes for Most Unusual; Most Creative; Scariest; Cutest. Registration for costume contest is $20 per person or $35 per family. Light refreshments available at Pet Pantry.
